This sunny apartment is located on the 6th floor and it stands out for its location on the U1 subway line, offering direct access to the city center, technical University and UNO City. The third apartment is located very close to the metro station "Margaretengürtel" (just 5 minutes to the city center). This apartment impresses with its central location, generously sized shared spaces, and an on-site caretaker who takes care of the cleanliness of the property. All rooms are equipped with a bed (most of them with a double bed), desk, wardrobe, black-out curtains (or black-out shutters), comfortable seating area, and appr. half of my rooms are equipped with a TV (with internet access = youtube, Netflix,...) The monthly rent starts at 630€ for the smallest rooms.
