Wenige Meter vor dem Haus befindet sich der Eingang zur U2 Station Taborstrasse Die Taborstrasse liegt parallel zur Glockengasse, dort ist direkt eine Tramstation der 2er Tram, sowie eine Busstationen des 5a und 5b. Der Praterstern ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt - dort fahren S-Bahnen, Trams und auch Busse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele - Spar Gourmet ist am nächsten, sowie zwei Hofer-Filialen und eine Billafiliale. Selbst am Sonntag hat
er Billa Plus am Praterstern geöffnet. Ich bin Ricarda, 33 Jahre alt, selbstständige Tischlerin und arbeite am Wochenende nebenbei hinter der Bar im Flucc. Mit mir ziehst du aber nicht alleine ein - meine Hündin Arlena gehört ebenfalls zur WG. Sie ist ein wichtiger Teil meines Lebens: lieb, verschmust, manchmal ein bisschen laut und immer für Streicheleinheiten zu haben. Über freundliche Menschen freut sie sich besonders - vor allem, wenn sie ihre Jause mit ihr teilen. :) Deshalb wäre es schön, wenn du Hunde magst und kein Problem damit hast, dir den Alltag mit einer vierbeinigen Mitbewohnerin zu teilen. Mir ist ein respektvoller, ehrlicher und unkomplizierter Umgang miteinander wichtig. Ich wünsche mir ein Zuhause, in dem man sich wohlfühlt, Rücksicht aufeinander nimmt und gleichzeitig genügend Freiraum hat. The room is wonderfully bright, and the apartment as a whole is very spacious. It's just waiting for a few loving personal touches and furnishing details from you to make it feel like home. The room is rented unfurnished. The apartment features a large entrance hall, a cozy kitchen perfect for cooking, chatting, or simply hanging out, as well as a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The toilet is separate. :) The location of the apartment is fantastic. The entrance to the U2 Taborstraße station is just a few metres away from the building. Taborstraße runs parallel to Glockengasse and offers direct access to a tram stop for the number 2 tram, as well as bus stops for the 5A and 5B lines. Praterstern is just an 8-minute walk away, with connections to S-Bahn trains, trams, and buses. There are plenty of shopping options nearby - Spar Gourmet is the closest, as well as two Hofer supermarkets and a Billa branch. Even on Sundays, Billa Plus at Praterstern is open. My name is Ricarda, 33 years old, I am a selfemployed carpenter and on weekends I work as a bartender at Flucc at Praterstern. My dog Arlena is also living in the flat with me. She is a very important part of my live. She is very cute, cuddly and sometimes a bit loud, but always open for treats - especially snacks like cheese and sausages ;) - It would be wonderful if you are into dogs and dont mind sharing the flat with this cheeky Bella :) Most important for me is respectful, honest and emphatic communication My home should feel like a place everybody feels comfortable, takes care of each other, and at the same time has enough personal space....
