Wohnung wurde neu bezogen, alle Räume frisch gestrichen und es gibt keine Möbel o.ä. zu übernehmen. Du kannst also deinem persönlichen Geschmack freien Lauf lassen. (Die Objekte in den Bildern werden bis zu deinem Einzug noch weggeräumt) Dein Zimmer ist westseitig ausgerichtet, das Fenster besitzt Sonnenabdunkler und lässt sich per Fernbedienung öffnen. Hier erwartet dich ein toller Blick über die Gebäude der Stadt und du kannst schöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Außerhalb deiner eigenen vier Wände gibt es noch eine große Wohnküche mit chilligem Balkon, einen Abstellraum, ein großes und ein kleines Badezimmer sowie ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradabstellraum. Vor unserer Haustür hält die 11er Bim, der 69A Bus und die S7, welche u.a. Wien
Mitte-Landstraße, Praterstern und Flughafen Wien kreuzt. Zugfahren ist nicht dein Ding? Keine Sorge, 8min Gehzeit und schon bist du bei der U3 Zippererstraße und der 71er Bim. Dank dreifach verglasten Fenstern hört man sehr wenig von der Außenwelt. Über den Balkon hast du eine großartige Übersicht über die Nachbarschaften und willst du mal ins Grüne, so ist auch der Laaer Wald schnell erreicht. Lidl, Spar und Billa sind fußläufig 5min entfernt. Leben wirst du mit ♂️Theo (21, Grafiker) und ♀️Sabrina (37, Automobilbranche) sowie mit den beiden Flauschbällen ⬛Kriki und Muschu (4, Vollzeitchiller). Wir beide sind berufstätig und suchen nach einer Person, die mit uns vibed, unabhängig von Alter, Geschlecht, Sexualität oder Beruf/ Studium. ↕️ WG leben bedeutet für uns, einerseits gemeinsam auf der Couch zu chillen, über Gott und die Welt zu philosophieren, gelegentlich gemeinsam zu kochen oder einfach mal was zusammen zu unternehmen. Allerdings schätzen wir auch unsere Ruhe und verbringen unsere Zeit auch gerne in unseren Zimmern. Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig bzw. selbstverständlich, Nichtraucher werden aufgrund der Haustiere bevorzugt. Wir sind frisch eingezogen und noch am Möbel suchen hier und da. Daher vorerst noch die leeren Bilder der Wohnung. Dementsprechend kannst du auch den Look and Feel unserer gemeinsamen Wohnung mitbestimmen. Wir haben dein Interesse geweckt? Beyond your own four walls, the apartment also offers a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with a cozy balcony, a storage room, a large and a small bathroom, as well as a private basement storage unit and a bicycle storage room. Right outside our front door, you'll find the tram line 11, the 69A bus, and the S7 train, which connects to destinations including Wien Mitte-Landstraße, Praterstern, and Vienna Airport. Not a fan of taking the train? No problem-after just an 8-minute walk, you'll reach the U3 Zippererstraße station and the 71 tram. Thanks to the triple-glazed windows, very little noise from the outside world can be heard. From the balcony, you'll have a fantastic view over the surrounding neighborhoods, and if you're in the mood for some greenery, the Laaer Wald is also within easy reach. A Lidl, Spar, and Billa supermarket are all just a 5-minute walk away. You'll be living with ♂️ Theo (21, graphic designer) and ♀️ Sabrina (37, automotive industry), as well as two fluffy companions: ⬛ Kriki and Muschu (both 4 years old and full-time relaxation experts). We're both working professionals and are looking for someone who gets along well with us, regardless of age, gender, sexuality, profession, or whether you're studying. ↕️ For us, shared flat life means enjoying time together-whether that's relaxing on the couch, having deep conversations about life and the world, cooking together from time to time, or doing activities together.
