Hallo, In der Rauscherstraße 6/24 im 20. Bezirk wird ab dem 1.7.2026 ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG frei. Einzug wäre ab dann oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt später möglich. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m2 groß und hat eine Galerie. Ich suche eine Person, die langfristig hier leben möchte, mindestens 2 Jahre. Vertrag läuft auf 3 Jahre. Die Altbauwohnung mit hohen Räumen hat einen großen Eingangsbereich, und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit 22m2 für eine gemeinsame Nutzung. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Außerdem gibt es eine Badewanne und eine extra Dusche. Es gibt eine schöne Küche mit Gasherd und es gibt genug Platz für alles. Die

Wohnung liegt nahe U4 Friedensbrücke und direkt vor der Tram 5 Haltestelle Rauscherstrasse. Es gibt viele verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte/Cafes/Bars und reichlich leckere Restaurants. Mein Alltag ist recht flexibel, ich arbeite oft im Büro, koche meistens zuhause, manchmal bin ich übers Wochenende in Vorarlberg. Falls Du unabhängig vom

The room is bright, is about 18 m2 big and has a gallery. The old building apartment with high rooms has a large entrance area, and a large living room with 22m2 for common use.
