Hi, I'm Kate - hopefully your future roommate :) The apartment itself is huge and has 2 floors. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Me and Anastasia would be your roommates. Downstairs there's the kitchen, living room, one balcony, and a toilet. Upstairs are our bedrooms and the main bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Your room is tiny, but it has access to a shared balcony with one other room. You'll also get your own closet downstairs. And if you have even more stuff, there's plenty of storage space in the apartment. The kitchen has a shared fridge, dishwasher, and an electric stove with oven. I'm not the landlord - first you'll have an interview/chat with me, and then I'll put you in contact with Willy and Wanda (the landlords), and probably Anastasia too (although she says she's too lazy : D). You'll need approval from everyone because we all have veto power. We are looking for a girl and have some specific criteria, so it's a good idea to send me a message with some basic information
about yourself. Electricity and heating costs are quite low (usually around €30-40). Wanda normally collects the bills once every 3 months. The apartment is very warm. There's also a broadcasting tax that needs to be paid - €10.20 per person. Please don't write to me in German.... [Mehr]
