Die Wohnung liegt in einem neu errichteten Haus und wird mit einer vollständig ausgestatteten Küche übergeben. Auf Wunsch kann die Wohnung auch möbliert oder teilmöbliert übergeben werden (Doppelbett, Kasten, Esstisch und Stühle etc.). Ein zur Wohnung gehörendes Kellerabteil ist vorhanden, ebenso eine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung, die über Bauteilaktivierung kühlt. Die Wohnung ist völlig neu (Erstbezug) und sehr schön ausgestattet, z.B. mit Parkettböden, dreifach isolierverglaste Fenster und Terrassentür, Außenrollläden, hochwertige Marken-Sanitärausstattung und Sicherheitseingangstüre. Das Haus liegt in einer autoreduzierten Anlage, was für angenehmes und ruhiges Wohnklima sorgt. Bei kann jedoch eine Garage angemietet werden, auch im Haus selbst sind noch Garagenplätze frei.
