Wir suchen Zwischenmieter/innen für unsere schöne
Wohnung im Zentrum von Ottensheim. Da wir im Zeitraum von August 2026 bis Jänner 2027 im Ausland sind suchen wir für diese Zeit verlässliche Zwischenmieter/innen. Die
Wohnung ist 77,60m2 groß und hat einen bepflanzten Garten/Innenhof. Zu
Wohnung gehören ein großer Eingangsbereich / Küche / Wohn- & Esszimmer, ein Abstellraum, Flur, ein Extrazimmer (Büro), Schlafzimmer, Bad und die Toilette in einem separaten Raum. Außerdem hat das Wohnhaus einen extra Waschraum, wo die Waschmaschinen stehen. Ottensheim ist ca. 10km von Linz entfernt. Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Nur wenige Meter von der
Wohnung entfernt ist auf dem Marktplatz die Bushaltestelle. In ca. 20 ist man mit dem Bus am Hauptplatz in Linz, mit dem Zug in 15min in Urfahr. Supermarkt ist auch in Gehweite. Vor dem Haus ist Kurzparkzone aber gratis Parkplätze sind auch nicht so weit entfernt. Ein tolles extra ist die Nähe zur Donau die nur wenige Meter
entfernt ist, von wo aus man schöne Spaziergänge machen kann. Ottensheim ist zwar ein kleiner Ort aber biete viele kulturelle Möglichkeiten (Kino, Märkte, Konzerte, Vereine, Sportaktivitäten,...). The apartment is 77.6 m² and features a private planted garden/courtyard. It includes a spacious entrance area, kitchen, living and dining room, a storage room, hallway, a separate office room, bedroom, bathroom, and a separate toilet. The building also has a shared laundry room with washing machines. Ottensheim is located about 10 km from Linz and has very good public transport connections. The bus stop at the main square is only a few meters from the apartment. By bus, you can reach the main square Linz in about 20 minutes, and by train it takes about 15 minutes to Urfahr. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. There is a short-term parking zone in front of the building, free parking is available nearby. One of the highlights is the close proximity to the Danube, which is only a short walk away and perfect for beautiful riverside walks and outdoor time.
