Stock (Lift vorhanden) und wurde vor 8 Jahren vollständig saniert. Elektronische Rollos, Parkettboden, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler sowie TV- und Internetanschluss sind vorhanden. Auch sämtliche Küchenutensilien können mitbenutzt werden. Möbelstücke wie Bett, Nachtkästchen, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch können gerne gegen eine Ablöse von EUR 480,00 übernommen werden.
