Das Zimmer hat 23m². Mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Couch uvm ist das Zimmer bestens zum studieren ausgestattet Das ZImmer liegt in Richtung der Straße und doch ist es sehr ruhig im Zimmer . Mit WLAN. Mit direktem Anschluss an die "3er" Bim Station, einige Busse und einem Fahrradkeller , kommt man innerhalb 10/15min sehr gut in die Uni/Arbeit/Stadt. Der Innenhof ist sehr ruhig, gemütliches reden/rauchen oder essen am Balkon geht aber gut. Leo und ich (Paul) sind die zwei weiteren Mitbewohner der WG. Wir machen beide gerne Musik , spielen beide Gitarre, Bass und ab und zu etwas Klavier (in Maßen) und verhalten uns sonst weitesgehend gesittet und ruhig :) Wir studieren beide Elektrotechnik-Toningenieur an der TU Graz, lernen in den Prüfungsphase gut, feiern in den anderen Phasen jedoch genauso gerne! Wir halten die WG sauber und (relativ) aufgeräumt ! The room has 23m² . Couch, Desk and a Bed make for a comfortable Room to work, study and sleep in! The room faces the street, still it is pretty quiet
. Has got WIFI. Right outside the doos waits the no. 3 Tram to transport in the city, along with numerous Busses. With the additional Cellar for Bikes , it's possible to commute to the Uni/Work/City within 10/15 min ! The Inner courtyard is very calm with hardly any disturbances, however on the balcony some chitchat and an occasional smoke break or dinner outside is always possible Leo and I (Paul) are the two people living here in the WG. Both of us like to make music , primarily playing guitar and bass with occasional piano sessions . Otherwise we are pretty calm and quiet flatmates. :) We both study electrical engineering - accoustic engineering at the TU Graz, study a lot in exam seasons, but also like to party extensively when we are not studying.
